4. SMS/Text Messaging Privacy

When you opt in to receive SMS/text messages from You Bid We Haul — whether by texting the keyword HAUL to (855) 908-5218 or by opting in through our mobile application — we collect your mobile phone number for the purpose of sending you messages related to our service (e.g., order confirmations, pickup notifications, delivery updates, and launch announcements).

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Your mobile phone number and any data collected through our SMS messaging program will never be sold, rented, loaned, or otherwise disclosed to third parties, data brokers, or any other entities for their own marketing or promotional use. This restriction applies at all times, regardless of whether you are a current or former customer.

We may share mobile information only as strictly necessary with our SMS service provider (Twilio) for the sole purpose of delivering messages to you, and with law enforcement if required by law.
